“Human-verified work” badge
A small mark for your website, your e-mail signature or LinkedIn. It tells the people you work with that you record your use of AI, and that documents prepared with AI are checked by a person who puts their own name on them: you.
What it means
- Anyone displaying the badge uses Controvisto: they keep a register of their AI use (what was asked, what came out, who verified what, and when) and put a “Verified by a person” seal on documents prepared with AI.
- With the seal, the named person, with an account in their own name, declares they verified the document and takes responsibility for it. Whoever receives the document scans the QR code and checks who verified it and that the file has not been changed since.
- If you link the badge to one of your seals, anyone who clicks it opens that seal's verification page on www.controvisto.it/v/.
What it does not mean
- Controvisto does not certify the professional's competence and does not check the content of their documents: neither the badge nor the seal says that a document is correct.
- It is not a certification, a professional qualification, a licence or membership of a professional body, and it is not an electronic signature or an electronic seal under the EU eIDAS Regulation.
- On its own the badge is an image, and an image can be copied. What counts is the seal's verification page, always on www.controvisto.it/v/.
Rules of use
- The badge is only for people with an active Controvisto account, on any plan, including the Free plan.
- Use it only for work you actually verify.
- Do not modify it: no changes to the text, colours or proportions.
- If you close your account, remove it from your website, signature and profiles.
- Controvisto may ask you to remove it, for example if it is used in an incorrect or misleading way.
These rules are set out in section 11 of the Terms of Use.

Paste the code into an “HTML” or “Custom code” block of your page (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and similar). The image is an SVG, so it stays sharp at any size.
For your e-mail signature
Open the signature settings of your e-mail program (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail…) and paste with Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V): you get the image with its link. If your program accepts HTML code, use the code below. E-mail uses the PNG image, which every program can show.
For GitHub, Notion, blogs and other sites that use Markdown.
LinkedIn profiles do not accept images with links, so use the link. In the Featured section of your profile choose “Add a link” and paste it; or add it as a website under Contact info.
Not using Controvisto yet? Start free: the Free plan is for one person, with 3 seals a month. How it works.
